Chef’s Package- On Thursday evening, Executive Chef Doug Knopp will prepare a three-course gourmet dinner for up to 50 guests. During the hour-long presentation, Check Knopp will prepare the first two dishes being served for dinner while sharing recipes and cooking tips with guests. He will also share “what to do’s” and “what not to do’s” for grocery shopping, food safety, menu selection, and plate presentation. Dessert will be served after the demonstration.

Golf Tournament- Join us for a friendly round of golf on Friday afternoon at the beautiful Murder Rock Golf Club in Branson! Designed by John Daly, Murder Rock received recognition from Golfweek magazine as one of the “Best Courses You Can Play” in both 2010 and 2011. The tournament will be played in a four-person team scramble format, and the coveted Firm Cup will be awarded to the best-scoring firm.
Price: $80 per person, includes lunch and
beer from the beer cart.
Shopping Trip- If you’re not a golfer, spend the afternoon enjoying a great shopping experience at the Tanger Outlet Mall! You’ll enjoy champagne during your “chauffeured” ride to the Mall, and on arrival, you’ll be met by a representative of the Tanger Mall, who will pass out coupons and savings discounts to ensure your afternoon is even more worthwhile. For more information on the Tanger Outlet Mall and its retailers, visit their website. The shuttle will leave the Chateau at 1:00 p.m. and return no later than 4:30.

Wine Tasting- After your day of activity, wind down with a relaxing pre-dinner wine tasting at 4:30. Up to 60 guests will enjoy an assortment of wines from the Linweidel Wine Garden while catching up with friends and colleagues.
