Alternative Dispute Resolution
This committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors and implements any policies adopted by KCMBA with respect to alternative dispute resolution programs and services in the Kansas City area, including in the implementation of Supreme Court Rule 17 and Jackson County Circuit Court Rule 25.1, the implementation of any additional alternative dispute resolution programs authorized by court rules, the promotion of alternative dispute resolution training and CLE programs in the Kansas City area, and the consideration of KCMBA sponsorship of alternative dispute resolution services.
