Commercial & Bankruptcy
This committee studies the statutory and common law relating to trade relationships and the development and enforcement of commercial paper including accounts and negotiable paper. It also considers all matters involving the Bankruptcy laws, observing the practical workings of the courts, the subjects relating to the improvement of same, and the administration of the law.
