Family Law
This committee includes the study and consideration of all substantive laws of state and federal jurisdictions concerning the family, juveniles, divorce, separate maintenance, adoption and other laws thereto related. Recommendations for changes in the common or statutory law shall be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. The committee also serves as liaison with the courts dealing in the area of family law, assisting them in their administrative problems and serving as a sounding board for any suggestions in procedure and legislative acts.
