Community/Public Service

This standing committee provides oversight, planning, and execution of all KCMBA community and public service projects. Special emphasis is placed on outreach programs in public schools, such as the Woody the Witness Program and the Voice of Justice program. In addition, this committee develops projects/programs to allow members to contribute to specific needs of the community. This committee provides support for Lawyers for Children projects, such as the Domestic Violence Conference, backpack drives, and the holiday gift project. All new and existing public service projects will be coordinated through subcommittees of this committee.
