COVID-19 Visitor Safety Protocol for KCMBA/KCMBF/2300 Event Center

COVID-19 Visitor Safety Protocol for KCMBA/KCMBF/2300 Event Center

Updated January 7, 2022

The health and safety of our members, guests and staff has been and continues to be our top priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.  As such, we have closely and consistently followed all local, state and federal pandemic safety orders as well as pandemic recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, conservatively balancing the need to convene in person with the personal safety of all involved.

Due to the continuing and rapid spread of the Omicron variant of COVID-19, KCMBA/KCMBF staff have pivoted back to a remote work platform, at least through January 31, 2022. All member meetings and programs will be held via Zoom, until further notice.

Visitors to KCMBA will be allowed by appointment only. Call 816-474-4322 or email info@kcmba.org to schedule an appointment. Masks are required. A COVID-19 Visitor Declaration Form is required prior to entry. Staff reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor.

Requests for rentals of meeting/event space for dates after January 31 will be considered on a case-by-case- basis and subject to change and cancellation, based on pandemic developments.  Click here to view the rental contract terms.

Given the evolving nature of the pandemic, this protocol is subject to change at any time.  All changes will be posted on this page.  Please visit kcmba.org/COVID to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
