Fellows of the Bar

KCMBA recognizes the 2024 Fellows of the Bar and the Sustaining Members for their generous contributions to the Association. Fellowship is the highest level of membership at KCMBA. Any member who has been in practice for a minimum of eight years and has demonstrated a sustained commitment to the mission and goals of the Association is welcome to become a Fellow of the Bar.

Hinrichs Law Firm, LLC
Hinrichs received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, and his law degree from St. Mary’s University. He joined the Platte County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant prosecuting attorney in 2012. For three years, he prosecuted felony criminal cases ranging from involuntary manslaughter to crimes against children. Hinrichs has tried more than 30 trials to verdict which has allowed him to hone his courtroom skills. Hinrichs represents plaintiffs in catastrophic injury cases.

Mira Mdivani is Managing Partner at Mdivani Corporate Immigration Law Firm. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri- Columbia (BS) and the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law (J.D.). In 2013 and 2018, he received (plaintiffs) Lawyer of the Year from “The Best Lawyers in America,” as well as regular appearances in Best of the Bar and Super Lawyers. In 2015, he was named Dean of the Trial Bar and in 2016, Reptile Trial Superstar. Dirk was named in the top 30 plaintiffs personal injury lawyers 2020 Missouri Lawyers Weekly. His proudest achievement has been his own two children and his work against domestic violence.

Founded in 1979, The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Foundation (KCMBF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It was first founded as the charitable arm of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA).

The mission of the Foundation is to serve the community by creating and supporting public service or educational programs which promote the administration of justice, delivery of legal services, professional development or respect for the law.
